What is your MOQ?

MOQs vary by product: tote bags 1,000 pcs, backpacks/waist/tool/laptop bags 500 pcs, embroidered totes 300 pcs, ratchet straps 500 pcs, snow tarps 50 pcs. Mixed models in one order are usually fine — ask us.

How much is a sample and how long does it take?

Standard samples take 5-7 days. Sample fee is US$30-80 depending on complexity and is refunded on bulk order. Courier freight is on the buyer's account (DHL/FedEx).

Can you make products from my drawing or photo?

Yes — most of our work is OEM. Send a drawing, tech pack, photo or reference sample. We return a quotation within 24 hours and a counter sample within a week.

Which logo decoration should I choose: embroidery or printing?

Embroidery lasts longest and looks premium (best for backpacks, caps, tool bags). Silk screen is cheapest for simple logos on flat fabric (best for tote bags). Heat transfer handles full-color art. We will recommend based on your artwork and budget.

What are your payment terms?

30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance against B/L copy. For orders under US$3,000 we accept 100% T/T in advance. L/C at sight is negotiable for large orders.

What is the bulk lead time?

25-35 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and season. We confirm an exact shipping date in the proforma invoice.

How do you control quality?

Incoming material QC, in-line checks at each process, 100% visual inspection and AQL 2.5 final sampling. Third-party inspections (SGS/BV/TÜV) are welcome.

Which shipping terms do you support?

FOB Qingdao/Shanghai/Ningbo by default; CIF and DDP available. We work with your forwarder or book with ours.

Do your ratchet straps meet EN 12195-2?

Yes. Straps are labeled with WLL and length per EN 12195-2, with CE/GS options. Batch break-strength test reports are available.

Can snow tarps be customized in size and color?

Yes. Standard sizes are 10'x10' to 25'x25'; any custom dimension, webbing layout (4/8-point), color and logo printing can be made to order.
