HIKING BACKPACK 40L WATERPROOF
AERIS is our 2026 outdoor-travel concept: a 42 litre pack sized for three-day trips and cabin luggage. The 900D recycled polyester shell carries a matte water-repellent finish; a laser-cut front panel replaces stitched webbing; a full U-shape opening pairs with an independent 16-inch laptop bay; and a 3D suspended back panel transfers weight to the waist belt. A design concept released for OEM tooling, colour development and private-label production.
AERIS 42L is a design concept for a 42 litre travel backpack: 900D recycled polyester shell with a matte water-repellent finish, laser-cut MOLLE front panel, U-shape opening with an independent 16-inch laptop bay, and a 3D suspended back panel with load-transfer waist belt. It is released for OEM tooling and private label from 300 pieces per colourway.

It is a design concept developed for the 2026 season, released for OEM tooling. We build the counter sample from your chosen colourways and hardware, then produce under your brand — the design is not sold as stock.
At 42 L with a slim 23 cm depth it is designed around the common 55 x 40 x 20-23 cm cabin envelope. We can grade the depth for stricter airlines.
Laser-cut panel tooling takes about 10-15 days, then counter samples in 7-10 days after artwork approval. Minimum order is 300 pieces per colourway.
