WEBBING LIFTING SLINGS MANUFACTURER
We manufacture flat polyester webbing slings from 1 to 6 tonnes WLL, sewn in-house from 100% high-tenacity PES webbing with a 7:1 safety factor. Each sling carries reinforced eyes with a colour-coded polyester sleeve, black contrast double stitching and a permanent label showing WLL, length, standard and batch number — the format rigging distributors and crane hire companies expect.

It is the European standard for flat woven polyester slings: a 7:1 safety factor, colour coding by working load limit, and permanent labelling with WLL, length, material and a traceable batch number. Every sling we ship complies and carries a batch certificate on request.
EN 1492-1 codes violet 1 t, green 2 t, yellow 3 t, grey 4 t, red 5 t and brown 6 t and above. We can follow that code, or your own colour system if you sell under a private brand.
Thicker webbing spreads load across the eye and resists edge cutting on steel and concrete. All our standard capacities from 1 t to 6 t are built on 12 mm finished thickness.
