ROLLTOP WATERPROOF BACKPACK
VOLT is a 28 litre roll-top dry bag built for rain commutes, festival weekends and wet-weather day hikes. The 500D ripstop PU shell is high-frequency welded rather than stitched at the seams, which is what earns its IPX6 rating — and the carabiners, D-rings, bungee and fluorescent webbing make it read as streetwear as much as mountain kit. Released as a design concept for OEM tooling and private label.
VOLT 28L is a 28 litre roll-top dry backpack concept built from 500D ripstop PU-coated polyester with high-frequency welded seams rated IPX6. It carries carabiner and D-ring lash points, bungee cord, fluorescent webbing and a whistle buckle, and is released for OEM tooling and private label from 300 pieces per colourway.

The 500D ripstop shell is PU coated on the inside and the seams are high-frequency welded, so there are no stitch holes for water to pass through; the roll-top closure seals the top. Third-party IP testing can be arranged for production orders.
Yes. We can run a matte PU film, a different ripstop weight (300D-600D) and any Pantone colour, subject to minimums per colourway.
Yes — a padded 15-inch sleeve fits without changing the outer pattern. Larger sleeves need a revised internal panel.
